Want List: My December Wardrobe Goals

If you’re like me and you’re a bonafide shopaholic then you’re probably already making a want list for you December pay check. (Yes I am well aware I should be making gift lists and not want lists). I usually spend the days leading up to pay week either window shopping or online browsing looking for the next item to join my ever expanding wardrobe.

This month I’ve found three amazing items that I can’t do without. (Apparently you can go a month without buying another pair of boots but I’m fairly sure that’s a myth). Either to be worn as a staple piece of an outfit or worn together, these three buys are not to be left in stores.

  1. Mesh Jeans (Zara)

These mesh trim jeans are denim with a difference. The mesh underlay of the jeans immediately adds an edgy look to any outfit. They’re a slouchy fit and can be styled with turtle neck jumpers and boots for that cosy daytime casual look or dressed up with a pair of velvet heels and a bodysuit for nightwear. They ain’t too pricey either at €39.95.

2. Leopard Collar Aviator Jacket (Boohoo.com)

My next item is a an aviator jacket with a faux leopard fur collar. This style of jacket is everywhere lately and can be found in most high streets shops. What I like about this most is obviously the leopard print fur as it’s a little bit different to the other variations of this jacket I’ve seen. The best thing about these jackets is that you can pair it with anything and I mean anything. Leather skirts, boyfriend jeans- the choice is yours. It’s priced at €95 but at least you’ll definitely get the wear out of it in this baltic weather.

3. Embroidered Top (Topshop)

The third item on my wish list is an embroidered top from Topshop. I’m not a gal to go for tops like this one but I think it would look so fab on nights out over the Christmas season. I’d make sure to pair this with the prettiest bralet you can find  and a pair of high-waisted leather jeans. (Brightly coloured tassle earrings would also glam up your outfit). If you’re interested in a more casual look then just pop this on under a short sleeve dress or t-shirt and a pair of chunky boots. The embroidered top is €68 and it’s both online and in shops.
